I also accept payment by money order and personal checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts (please note that I will not fulfill an order paid with a personal check until the check clears approximately 5 to 10 days).  Please make checks and money orders payable toLegal Beads. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

All orders (with the exception of those paid with personal check) are shipped within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order.  Please allow 5 to 10 days for orders paid by personal checks.  I currently ship only within the continental United States.  All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service "Priority Mail" within the U.S.  You are charged a flat rate of $5.00 regardless of weight or the actual cost I incur to ship.

If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, I will notify you within two businesses days by e-mail or phone.  At that time we can discuss whether or not there is an option of ordering a similar item and the time period within which I can deliver the item.

Alternative Shipping Methods 

If you specifically request, alternate arrangements may be made for shipping by Federal Express or United Parcel Service or for services such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges may apply.  Please contact me via email at legalbeads@yahoo.com to make any such arrangements.

International Shipping

If you wish to have an item shipped outside the Continental US or to an international destination please email me at legalbeads@yahoo.com and I will calculate the shipping and insurance based on applicable costs to ship to the specified location and send a confirming e-mail requesting your approval. Any applicable import fees and/or taxes will be your responsibility.

Complimentary gift boxes are included with all jewelry purchases.

Limited Warranty

All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund.

Return Policy

Jewelry may be exchanged for credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return by Mail

Please e-mail me at legalbeads@yahoo.com to request a Return Authorization number. Please allow approximately 1 week from the day you return your package for your credit to be issued. Exchanges or online store credits will not be issued without a Return Authorization number.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are accepted.  Please contact me at legalbeads@yahoo.com if you are interested in a custom piece (or a piece that was previously available on Legal Beads but is not featured currently).  In your email include a brief description of the item you would like made.  If the cost of the piece is over $100 I may require pre-payment in full.
